Master meters are strictly prohibited within our system. Members must understand that only one (1) dwelling or facility will be served though a meter. He agrees that he will make no physical connections between any private water system and BRWC, nor authorize anyone else to do so. Member authorizes BRWC, its employees or agents to make inspections of his water lines to enforce these provisions. Member understands violations are grounds for disconnection of service.
